Have created a new report for our company listing activity related to potentials for the previous week. Management would like me to run this report each Monday morning. I went to run the report and it shows more than 2,000 records. When I click to advance to the next page in the browser it shows "No Data Available".
If I export the report as an XLS file I get over 2,300 records. Ideally I want to export as PDF (it looks much nicer) but Zoho is only exporting the first 2,000 records for the PDF report.
Why does the XLS file export all records, but the PDF report does not?
Any ideas on why this is happening and how I can get the data in PDF format (without having to use the XLS file)??
