We cannot create a PDF that will open from within a Sales order, the feature has stopped working for all our users.

The PDF created is corrupted:  PDF reader says the file may be damaged or an unsupported file type.

I have tried in Adobe Reader and Nitro PDF with the same results.

Anyone have this problem?  It's just started today.
