People can't send mails to my own domain hosted by Zoho Mail: Sorry, no mailbox here by that name. (#5.7.17)

Other people have problems sending me emails to my Zoho Mail. They get the error message:

"An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: Sorry, no mailbox here by that name. (#5.7.17). Please check the message recipient joedoe@owndomainatzoho.com and try again."

I also tried sending email to my Zoho Email from 3 SMTP servers I have access to and only one worked:
  • My local hosting provider: Error
  • GMX: Error
  • Gmail: Worked
I have many people complain how they can't send me emails and I don't want to know how many people who don't have another way to contact me were not able to reply to me. This means lost business and is a very serious issue!

I love how I can have multiple accounts all combined within Zoho Mail, but if this issue - together with the problem that my email often land in the SPAM - doesn't get resolved I'll have to look for another mail provider. But I really want to stay with Zoho so I hope you're going to get these two issues resolved.

Thanks
