Percent Change

I know, I have a lot of questions! I'm learning SQL as I go here and I've kinda hit my learning limit!.

I have a table:

Brand
Keyword
Rank (number)
Rank Type (three types)
Month

I want to be able to calculate Month over Month percent change in rank.

How do I do that? Thanks in advance.
