Perform mail-merge operations in Zoho CRM right from your iPad and Android tablet web browsers too!

Writer's recent update offers unrestricted access to all its features via the web browsers of iPad and Android tablets as well. This in turn makes it possible to perform all mail-merge related operations from Zoho CRM, even from a mobile device's web browser.

Whether it is your laptop, desktop, Android tablet, or iPad, you can now create and manage mail-merge templates, merge documents, and configure the required post-merge operations with the same ease.

Create mail-merge templates on the go

Create a mail-merge template from scratch, from an existing predefined template from the gallery, or by importing an MS Word template (if you have the plugin for MS Office), easily, across your devices.

Clone, move, or delete mail-merge templates

Wish to duplicate an existing template, move templates between folders, or cleanup templates by deleting the ones that are unused or not needed? You can now do from your iPad or Android tab as well.

Manage your mail-merge templates from anywhere

Create folders and place your templates in them for quick retrieval, easily locate a template within a folder using the search and sort options, preview a template to check if it is the one that you are looking for, or mark the frequently used ones as favorites, from anywhere and from any device.

Merge documents even from your Android tablet or iPad's web-browser

Fetch data from your CRM database/records, merge them in the chosen template, and perform the required post-merge actions--email the merged document, send it for sign collection, store it in a specific location, and more--from just your iPad or Android tablet web browser.
