PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL PROCESS
Hi,
We started using ZOHO PEOPLE a couple of weeks ago. I want to use the PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL module but to be honest, I don't quite understand how it should work.
For example, I don't get why I have to approve a performance appraisal I added for an employee.
Can anyone describe the 'normal' process for a performance appraisal on ZOHO PEOPLE?
