Permission Denied converted leads - Admin

Dear Zoho team,

Need a piece of advise. I am the admin of our organisation, but when i click on the report "Converted leads" the system says

"Permission Denied

Sorry! You cannot view this report because you do not have the permission to access one or more module that are part of this report.

To view the report, please provide permission to access those modules in Profiles and Organize Tabs settings."

- I have checked the module permissions = OK

- Have checked my role and profile = Ok

Any idea what could be wrong?
