Permission Denied when trying to access Control Panel

Permission Denied when trying to access Control Panel

I have been trialing Zoho Business and I updating items in the control panel, I added my domain to my ZB (sysdia.com) and then I added a URL Portal (sysdia.business.zoho.com) and now it is telling me Permission Denied when I click on the control panel link. When I log out (in another tab) and log back in, I no longer get the Control Panel link. I only have 1 user on the account (who was a super administrator).

Is this a bug or have I done something wrong? If so, how to I get Control Panel access back?
