I am the HR admin for my Zoho People account. I want to assign to a department manager (who has an employee user login) the permission to create Employee Profiles (not full employee users) without giving her the ability to access the full Zoho People account as an admin.

What permissions need to be set for this user to be able to create Employee Profiles?
