Permission to access LEAD contact details to subusers - Feature not working properly

My name is Srinivasan and I am the CEO of SG Associates -
Builders in Kumbakonam. We currently have a Zoho Website account with you (
sgakumbakonam@gmail.com) and we are extremely happy with your services.
Recently I started exploring the capabilities of your CRM (Free version) for implementing the same for my company to improve the LEADS followup with our customers that we get from many sources (like telephones, website, online chat, sms, voice mails and ads in other leading websites). Basically we have couple of Tele marketing employees working for us and i am assigning the leads that get sourced to us to these Telemarketing people over mail and phone earlier that i wish to incorporate online using your crm function.
As "super admin" user i had assigned TASKs to my subusers in your LEADs module However the subusers are not in a position to view these lead contact details at their end. " The error message says that they don't have necessary permission to view the contact details of the lead" at their end. I tested this with adding couple of more subusers and the same error message is appearing. I confirmed that necessary access to LEADS, CONTACTS are present to the sub users and its there. I want to check with you whether this is a limitation in your system or is this a limited feature in Free version of the CRM.
