Permissions not applying correctly

Permissions not applying correctly

I have created a Zoho user for which I want just basic 'view' access for a particular workspace on my wiki.  I have set that user up to have the permissions that I want as follows (I'm referring to the user 'greenidcustomer'):




However, when I log in as this user, I still have the ability to edit, create, delete and comment on pages.  Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong or what else is needed to make this work?
