Persisting issues with sending emails via Zoho.

Greetings all,

I am writing here as I don't see a possibility of a permanent solution if not. Tired of reaching out to Zoho every time(Zoho only unblocks the address, which gets block again in a day or two). 

Our users are facing issues everyday CCing internal users. I don't understand why internal emails are getting blocked by Zoho. Similarly, users do not receive their email notifications because of the same issue. We also have one address that consistently appear on the error message but that email address is not relevant to the record itself, No one is able to give me a solid answer as to why this is happening.

We REALLY need someone to look into this issue. I have a whole list of ticket numbers which I have raised to get this issue resolved but only end up with temporary solutions.

Due to this inconvenience, I am having hard time convincing users to stay consistent in their work procedures.

We really need someone to look into this ISSUE!!!
