Personal Email Account Locked

Hi, my personal email account is locked and I urgently need to regain access to my inbox. I tried emailing Zoho support but received no reply.

Can I send the email address in question in a private message? I don't wish to post the address publicly due to possible spam.

Edit: Just wanted to add that it was locked due to having too many concurrent webmail sessions. I'm guessing that when I close my browser without signing out, Zoho Mail keeps that session active. In the past when this has happened, it still allowed me to sign in and clear the previous sessions. This time it locked me out with no warning.
