Personalising external share link screen

Personalising external share link screen

Is there a way to personalise the screen that's shown to people accessing files / downloads when using an external share link? Currently it's *super* bland and basic, and ultimately unusable for clients as there is nothing to indicate brand identify for reassurances of safety etc.
