We're happy to announce the new version of Mobilisten Android v2 and iOS v3, a completely re-written version focusing heavily on reliability, stability, and performance. We have now enabled the use of Mobilisten's data to create your custom designs.
Mobilisten (Zoho SalesIQ Mobile SDK) helps you engage your mobile users with real-time support, push notifications, intelligent triggers, help them get the most out of your mobile application and keep them visiting back.

Increase functionality and customization using APIs:
Mobilisten provides powerful APIs and SDK events that enable you to build highly custom user interfaces that seamlessly integrates with your app. It can help you to tailor the appearance to create endless design layouts. Also, change the functionality of the SDK based on your requirements, making it an effortless and unique experience for your customers to get their issues fixed.
We have added APIs to perform actions like fetch, open/closed chats, fetch articles, customize the look and feel, etc. You can also extend your UI customization using the Theme API to blend your SDK with your app and match your brand's uniqueness. Using these, you can flawlessly incorporate Mobilisten with your mobile application. These APIs can be utilized to increase your app's potential, making it more ergonomic and versatile. Dark Mode support with theme customization:
The Dark theme is the new trend! It has recently become more popular in the user interface because it improves screen readability, and provides a more comfortable viewing experience. We have added Native dark mode support to match user preferences.
Seamless synchronization across multiple devices:
Messages and conversations are now synced across all your devices for visitors who have registered using .registerVisitor API. Now app users can start a conversation on their mobile and continue where they left off on another device without losing their chat data. This Hand-off feature enables users to shift seamlessly across devices, making the support operations more agile and flexible.
Re-open closed conversation and continue from where you left:
It is now possible for the user to re-open closed conversations that allow customers to re-establish connection with operators if a problem persists even after support. In this case, it is much easier for your customers to re-open the past chat and continue the conversation from where they left instead of starting one from scratch.
Multiple parallel chats to resolve issues quickly:
App users can now connect with multiple operators concurrently; they can initiate another chat even when the previous chat is open. Fluid navigation between open chats makes it effortless to switch between them. This can help your app users to get their issues fixed faster and accelerate the customer support process.
Use Pre-chat forms to procure essential user info:
You can use Pre-chat forms to collect essential contact information like Name, Email, and Phone Number from the user before they initiate a chat. The Pre-chat forms help you gather leads visiting your mobile app and remember them when they are back on your application. You can also save these details on your CRM for sales and follow-up purposes.
Note: You can have fields in the Pre-chat forms as either optional or mandatory.
