Recently, few of our CRM users wanted to send an email campaign with personalized sender details and signature so that recipients can instantly recognize the sender.
We are happy to announce the new enhancement in campaign creation through which you can personalize your email campaign using CRM Contact/Lead Owner's data. Let’s see how we can use those data to send emails.
Personalize sender details
Using Zoho Campaigns, you can send an email campaign with a personalized sender name and email address of a Contact/Lead Owner who is assigned with that record in CRM.
This enhancement helps the marketers to send emails with a personal touch, making the recipients feel familiar with the email and thereby increasing the email open rate.
Personalize email content
You can personalize your email content using CRM based merge tags. All you need is to add the relevant merge tags in your email content and Zoho Campaigns will use the CRM Lead/Contact Owner's data, and generate dynamic content and send email, respectively.
For instance,
- Nick is a Lead owner of record Patricia in Zoho CRM.
- Charles is a marketer in Zoho Campaigns.
- When Charles sends an email (personalized with the sender details and relevant merge tags) to Patricia via Zoho Campaigns; she receives the email as if it was sent by Nick due to his name and signature in the email.
