I'm new to Zoho and in charge of setting this up for the business I work in.
Just wondering, when Im in CRM help I would like to customise my contacts list.
The help options says to click on icons I don't have (in this link below)
but I don't have those icons in my zoho?
I'm trying to get the Zoho system to show
date of enquiry / name / state / phone / email / comments / notes / last action
when I am looking at my contacts, not just name and email, so the staff don't need to
click on each name to see where they are up to with that particular lead.
Not sure how this can be done?
