Personalizing Landing Pages for Mobile

Hello, 

I've recently created 3 landing pages on desktop, but they don't look good on mobile. Using the Optimize feature, then Personalization, I created an audience that I'd like to show a different (2nd) version of my landing pages to on mobile. 

When I set the rules up to show my 2nd version to only visitors with devices that equal mobile, it never updates on a mobile device to what I am currently editing. Is there a certain setting I need to check? I've made many edits but nothing will show up on the mobile version.
