I would like to know if Zoho Books has a system for tracking unsettled petty cash advances.

For example:

I have a petty cash account with $100 inside. An employee gets an advance of $20 for gasoline. The employee only spends $15 for the gasoline so he has a remaining $5 with him. How can I track the settlement of the $15 of gasoline (probably with a receipt) and the remaining $5 balance that the employee has not yet returned and when he returns it?

I've tried this with the Expenses tab but I can't track the remaining balance of an employee. I can only add an expense of $20 dollars that was given to the employee for the gasoline but I cannot track how much the employee actually spent and how much is still with the employee.
