I have connected my Zoho phone bridge with a phone system calles Askozia. I press the phone icon in Zoho, a phone box pops up, a call to my soft client is done, i pick up the call and the softclient calls the correct number afterwards. So far so good.
After finishing the call this phone box is not disappearing , i need to press the cancel button in this phone box. The call is not loged in Zoho. I wrote 4 mails to Zoho but support is not answering (quirte bad support).
