Phone Automatic Call Distribution
This is a powerfull and relative easy feature to make it happen because ZOHO CRM has already all inside.
This will be a funcionallity for those who have enable the phonebridge but it may be usefull without phonebridge also.
Make list of contacts. Tagged, filtered or even better in a module you will name Call lists.
Assign this list to one or more operators
Let the system distibute calls to operators monitoring. When someone hangs up give him next call until he puts himself in "away" status.
This will increase dramatically the number of calls of an operator. When each call ends let him time to write the "call result" and he save the result give him next phone.
Examples
You make a list "coffee shops in Paris" from you Leads and you try to contact
You make a list "My best clients" from you accounts and make a random call if they are satisfied by customer care
You make a list "Long time not ordering" from Accounts and assign to salesmen
