I would like to know what people are doing for a best practice around phone call list while traveling.
With other tools, like NetSuite, I have been able to look at a list of the calls I need to make which includes all of the below attributes so I can at the very least copy-paste the contents, which I then send to myself in an email and SHAZAM, I have one touch dialing on my mobile phone and I know who I am calling and about what. I do not see how to do this in Zoho. The Zoho Support team is telling me that in order to add the field for phone number I need to upgrade to an Enterprise license, which I think is baloney.
Yes, I know you have a mobile app. There is too much navigation required to get to a phone number while I am driving. Also, I am finding that contacts who I am adding on the PC version are not showing up on the mobile version for iPhone.
What I want is a running list with the following, which could be a list of 40 or 50 calls that I need to make:
- Due Date
- Company
- First name
- Last Name
- Task (which is an Activity with Subject heading for a phone call, since the way Zoho treats Phone Calls is like a Customer Support Service Center)
- Contact Phone Number Work
- Contact Phone Number Mobile
