Phone.com and Zoho CRM Call Pop Problem

Hello,

We have the Phone.com integration set up, but when there is an incoming call, only one user gets the call pop up in his CRM. We would like all users to get the pop up, or if an extension was used, for the pop up to show up in the CRM for the person's whose extension was dialed. Is this something that is possible?
