Phone conference number and video options

How do I get the phone conference information to be available for my meeting participants? When they enter a meeting, they are only provided the option to call in from the computer. As the presenter, I have a phone call options - I'd like that to be available to all participants.

Also, when using voip - is there an option to disable the computer's video?
