Phone Field has magically turned into a hyperlink

Phone Field has magically turned into a hyperlink

I moved some field around in the edit page layout including the phone field. Now this field has a hyperlink line under it and no matter what I do I cannot seem to get rid of the hyperlink. Any thoughts are appreciated.
