I'm proud to announced that Apple have approved my first iPhone app recently.

Titled Phone Helper , the app allows you to initiate calls directly from your computer's web browser. As sales professionals, you will enjoy the simplicity of clicking on telephone numbers from the Zoho CRM's web interface on your computer instead of having to dial the numbers. Phone Helper will save you the time it takes to dial letting you focus on what's on your screen. No more misdialed calls.

A free account and a complimentary web browser extension (currently available for Safari, Chrome and Firefox) is required to use the service. Please note that the browser extension on support numbers in the NANP (countries covered by the North American numbering plan).
