I really enjoyed a simple feature in another online CRM product which shall go nameless, though it rhymes with Sweatseat. Whenever I had to enter a phone number for a new contact, account, etc. the form automatically formatted the phone number in either a xxx-xxx-xxxx or (xxx) xxx-xxxx format. That kept my phone number entries looking consistent and saved effort on input.
Is there any plan to add such a capability to Zoho CRM and/or a tricky hack that would allow me to tell Zoho to do that with the phone numbers I enter now?
