Phone number required to activate new account

Hi there folks,
                      I'm trying to set up a new zoho email account for my new online business venture. When i try to set up email it's asking for a phone number for security, i provide it, and get the error response "phone number already exist". Obviously with the new business venture, i need a new business email, and hence why i'm trying to open a new business email account. Do i really have to provide a completely brand new mobile number, simply to open a new email account for a business with a different identity?? I've had 2 zoho email accounts previous to the one i'm trying to create, and never had this problem.

If there's any way around this problem, or if anybody could point me in the right direction it would be much appreciated.

Having to go to the mobile store and take out a new mobile phone contract so i can supply a different number seems a little off to me!
