Phone number search issues
When entering phone numbers in the Leads/Contacts, it is easiest to just enter the number without any parenthesis or hyphens (without formatting) and after saving the record, Zoho formats it for you - which is GREAT. However, you are not able to do a simple search for the any part of the phone number now - you must enter the entire phone number.
We like to do a quick search on the last four digits to bring up any matching records when we get a call (to prevent duplicates). To enable this function, we have to enter our phone numbers with hyphens - and it works fine but we need to remember to format the number when entering it.
Is there any way to get the search to work without having to format the phone number?
