Phone Numbers dont show in potentials?

Phone Numbers dont show in potentials?

Hi, is there any way to map the Phone and mobile fields from leads & contacts to the potentials Fields "Phone & Mobile"?

I have checked in the Leads setup - Map Fields but although there is an option to map the fields the drop down box doesn't contain the field i am after, Please help.
