PhoneBridge Integration Desktop Notifications (Browser, or Softphone)

Hi there,

I try to implement a new Sales and Support process, which includes as well Zoho PhoneBridge using Twilio. Everything works fne so far, but there is one major problem.

How will my support & sales representatives be notified, when they neither have the Zoho CRM browser tab visible nor have their headphones on? In this case they don't see any notification on their screen. And they don't hear anything, because they don'T wear their headset.

Is there any Browser Plugin available (e.g. Google Chrome notifications), Software solution (for Windows/Mac), SmartPhone App (android/ios) or Softphone available, which could display inbound calls coming via Phonebridge integration? Does the ZohoCRM App show incoming calls via Phonebridge?

I would be really pleased about hearing best practises or a solution solving this problem...
