Phonebridge transfer call to colleague
Hi Zoho,
The phonebridge connector works wonderfully within Zoho CRM. There is only one reason why I can't use it in our company.
And that beacuse it isn't possible to transfer a call to another person within our company. This is a basic feature with any telephone system. You don't always know who is calling for who.
Is it possible for Zoho to enable this feature? So we can implement this system in our company?
Another, but smaller request is the possibility to set up the outbound number for Twilio. I did authorised our phonenumbers within Twilio, but they aren't shown from the dropdown menu. Only the phonenumber bought with Twilio is showing up.
