Photo view in the list view (like you have here in the forums)

Photo view in the list view (like you have here in the forums)

It would be great to have the ability to include the photo of contacts in the list view.  We have multiple views of our contacts, and I have not found a way to include the photo in the list (preferably to the left side, like you present the photos of people here in the forums).    Is there a way to do this?
