PHP Forms

I have been using PDFTK tools to fill forms then flatten them. By taking various free/opensource scripts from the net I managed to make a program that will take POST data and fill a form then flatten it. I use INKSCAPE to create the form graphics and OPENOFFICE to create the fields. I also manged a way to include photos.

If there was an elegant way to present data then it would be great. For example a WYSIWYG type of editor where you drop and move fields around to where you want them to be displayed and printed.
