Pick List Field - Word of the day #62

Pick List (or Drop-down) field is a field type in Zoho CRM that allows you to set a list of options for the CRM users to choose from, when submitting data. For example, when creating a new lead, you would want users to select an industry from the drop down list in field called 'Industry'. As an administrator of Zoho CRM account, you can edit the default pick list options provided in Zoho CRM.

Multiple pick-list option enables selecting multiple values when creating or editing a record. For instance, your organization may be offering different services and some of your customers may be interested in multiple services. In this case you can use the multi-select pick list value instead of single pick list value when creating a potential. Periodically, you can modify the pick list values as per your organization's business process.
