Major issue with Pick-List fields in Leads that map to same field in Accounts: if you need to change the pick-list values, you have to change them in BOTH the Leads and then the Accounts records. Surely changes in one should cross over to changes in another? I have hundreds of values that need replacing and I'm going to have to manually go in and replace every one of them by adding a new value and then replacing the old value with the new value -- in BOTH modules. So inefficient!

Further, there needs to be a better and more efficient way to update these pick lists. The Bulk upload is insufficient, especially in a case when you're trying to add new fields and then replace them.

Finally, would like to see an Export function for picklist values. Currently see no effective means of exporting the values from one of these fields.
