pick names from list to create a new set

Hello, I came across with Zoho today. Looks very fascinating.

I am having an excel list consisting of membership information (names, address, phone, etc.). I want to pick from this list some names, and create a new list ....it should be simple, but can you please help, since I am newbie, and do not know coding.
