On my Contact layout I have built the tab settings to allow easy maneuvering for Users when adding a new record. Tabbing to a picklist sets the focus but when the User starts typing the initial letters for items that are ON the picklist, nothing happens. This is a convenient feature on most forms that should be part of the CRM as well. Am I missing something? Is there a setting for this?
