Picklist - sharing between account and opportunity?

Picklist - sharing between account and opportunity?

I have created a picklist in Accounts, with 15 values.

I have the same picklist and values in Opportunities.

Is there a way to share the same picklist between functions?

Or do I need to manually enter the values in both places.
