Quite often, I will regenerate my pivot tables in Creator and they will get 'stuck' on regenerate. i.e. they are not pulling through the entire dataset and the regenerate button is stuck on and out of use. This can go on for days and the only way I can rectify it is contacting support who then take some time and 'fix' it. This isn't really a sustainable solution. Can anyone shed any  light on why this is happening or what ZC are doing to fix it and therefore whether I can prevent it or fix it myself? I've asked ZC support these questions without a satisfactory answer so wondered if anyone had any other insight. I find it most often happens after I've done a mass update to the data via a function.
