Pivot View Grand Summarys

Pivot View Grand Summarys

Hello,

I have noticed that when you run a pivot view chart, at the bottom there always is a total bar and grand summary.  This is a good feature and all, but when information is taken from adwords and placed into this chart, the averages do not match up.

Example:

This is what is given out of Adwords

Date Campaign Clicks Avg CPC Cost Conversions (1-per-click) Cost/Conv. (1-per-click)
9-Jun 800 all 6958 $0.70 $4,891.48 773 $6.33
9-Jun 800 frames 637 $0.83 $527.51 51 $10.34
9-Jun 800 futons 778 $1.04 $808.23 52 $15.54
9-Jun 800 platform beds 887 $0.97 $856.88 43 $19.93
9-Jun RS - Futon Covers 267 $1.04 $278.22 15 $18.55
Totals and Overall Averages:
9527 $0.77 $7,362.32 934 $7.88

This is the same information taken from the pivot view chart:

Month&Year of Date Campaign Total Clicks Avg Avg CPC Total Cost Total Conversions (1-per-click) Avg Cost/Conv. (1-per-click)
Jun-09 800 all 6,958 $0.70 $4,891.48 773 $6.33

800 frames 637 $0.83 $527.51 51 $10.34

800 futons 778 $1.04 $808.23 52 $15.54

800 platform beds 887 $0.97 $856.88 43 $19.93

RS - Futon Covers 267 $1.04 $278.22 15 $18.55
Jun-09
9,527 $0.92 $7,362.32 934 $14.14
Grand Summary:
9,527 $0.92 $7,362.32 934 $14.14

Note:  Clicks, Cost, and Conversion are totals, therefore match up with the "sum" command for the column in the pivot view.

However, for the Avg CPC and Cost/Conversion column, these are not the averages of the whole column as the pivot view table shows, but rather a total ratio where total Cost is divided by total Conversions. Is there anyway to fix this? This is very important when we show our clients how there money is being spent. Showing them that there total cost/conversion for the month is $14.14 is hurtful when it should be showing $7.88.

I'm sure that this is a bug that not many have noticed, but it is a big one.

Thanks,
