Planned Maintenance Activity : 23 December to 28 December 2015.

Thank you all for your continuous support to Zoho Mail. 

We are performing some planned maintenance activities and certain infrastructure upgrades  in our Data Centers  from 23 Dec 2015 to 28 December 2015

We are planning to continue to provide the email service from our secondary data centers, and expect a minimum impact. The users should be able to send/ receive and access emails during the time with minimum service disruptions or delays. 

The following functions/ features will not be available in Zoho Mail during the maintenance activity: 
  1. Tasks
  2. Notes
  3. Links
Once the maintenance activities are completed, all our services will resume to normal and you will be able to access all the features without any issues.

The entire service will not be accessible for a few minutes in between, when we start the maintenance and while we resume the services to normal. 

Whitelist IP Address for email retrieval :

Zoho CRM or Recruit Mail Add on users, please whitelist the IP address  165.254.167.157   to retrieve emails via POP without any errors. You can reach out to your email administrators to add this IP to your whitelist. 

Google Apps/ Gmail POP Account users

If you have your Gmail/ Google Apps account configured in Zoho, Gmail might alert you about the activity from the new IP Address with the alert message ' Someone has your Password '. The alert would be due to the IP change at our end related to the Switch Upgrade and we highly recommend you to allow the IP address  165.254.167.157   to retrieve emails via POP in Zoho Mail without any errors.
