Planned maintenance of our EU data center: September 27, 2020, 3:30 a.m to 6:30 a.m CEST

Dear customers,

As part of our regular maintenance at our European Union Data Center, we'll be switching our apps from 'primary' to 'secondary' data center on Sunday, September 27, 2020, between 3:30 a.m and 6:30 a.m CEST. While we carry this switching out, all Zoho services will continue to remain operational.

We do not expect any major interruptions and you should be able to use all Zoho services during this maintenance period. We'll make an update on this post once the maintenance is complete. In case you experience any issues, feel free to tweet @zohocares or email us at support@zohocorp.com.

If you have allow-listed our Zoho IP addresses, please include the following IP addresses to the list, too:

87.252.213.0/24
89.36.170.0/24
185.172.199.0/24

There will be no maintenance in our IN/US data centers and all services will operate normally.

Hi All, Issue: Some of you have reported that the posts/comments made today are going for moderation. The issue started few hours ago, and the behaviour was reported in CRM and Creator Forums by a few customers/partners. We were able to see the same problem in a few other product forums too. We are facing some issues with our domain zohopublic.com, as it has been blocked by our registrar. We are diligently working with them to resolve the issue. As an interim measure, we request you to use zohopublic1.com, instead. If you are using Zoho Creator or Zoho Forms, please edit the embed code and change the domain to creator.zohopublic1.com for Zoho Creator and forms.zohopublic1.com for Zoho Forms. If you are using Zoho Survey, you will have to re-send the survey link to the participants. We
