Hi,

Please change "more options" in reports or pages as a property that can be turned "off" just like "Export", "Print" can be unticked to disable them.

Sometimes enabling anyone of these options like "Spreadsheet" can be quite devastating if unintended changes to  huge amount of data can be made so easily when shared by many other users.  This can cause more damage than convenience to all users of the database when any single user can cut and paste columns of data or experiment with "Kanban" with live data.
