When I logged into for the first time this year I wanted to review the open issues in the user forums. When I clicked on the link from my Zoho home screen instead of opening a new tab the forums opened in a modified window with no navigation tools (I use Chrome, latest build)
This is a very impractical way to set up a forum.
I believe that most users are similar to me. IN order to keep the list of threads that includes those that are marked "New" I typically right click on the individual posts and open them in new tabs. Once I have opened all the topics I want to read I then navigate to each tab and then delete the tab when finished. This allows me to keep track of which posts are new since I last loged onto the forums.
Under the new system if I right click to open the thread in a new tab I have to constantly toggle between two different windows. Now instead of a three click operation I have a 5 or 6 click operation to accomplish the same thing.
