Please design a better spam filter
Hi Team,
While I love Zoho Mail for all the awesome features you have designed - this is the one you need to do a lot of work on - Spam Filter.
Your spam categorization seems to be very inefficient - any email containing brand images or a tracking pixel gets caught on this. Which means - numerous transactional emails which are perfectly valid and important to me gets stacked into spam folder. So much so that I am receiving more important emails in my spam folder than inbox, and I check spam folder first in the morning than the actual inbox.
Not sure if you have checked lately, but the spam/promotional email world has moved on from tracking pixels and now sending all plaintext emails, which nicely lands in my inbox without any bells and whistles.
With the advent of AI and LLM, practically this should be the easiest time to design a decent spam filter.
I take great pride at using Zoho Suite. Please don't let me down with this one.
