Please display ALL emails of an account per default (CRM emails + IMAP)

Hi,
i simply don't understand why ZOHO CRM is designed like this:
if you open an account an scroll down to the emails, you just see the emails that have been sent from ZOHO CRM.
Why??
Per default everybody wants to see ALL EMAILS that have been received and sent to ANY contact that is linked to this account, be it an email that has been sent from ZOHO CRM or an email that has been sent via a mapped IMAP email account.

Today, you have to toggle through EVERY SINGLE CONTACT in order to check all recent emails that have been sent to this company. Does not make sense. From the perspective of efficiently seeing the last emails that my company has had with our customer (the account that you're currently looking at), the current implementation is simply a NIGHTMARE, imagine an account that has 20 contacts. You see the point?

The ZOHO CRM product design team must massively improve the user experience here and change this.

DEFAULT VIEW of account emails should be: ALL SENT/RECEIVED FROM ZOHO CRM including all emails via IMAP that were sent/received to any of the contacts that belong to this account.
