Please Email Account Admin with Payment Warnings!

We had our Zoho account revert back to the free version because we forgot to change the card on file. Of course, you guys never sent us an email letting us know that our paid account would be canceled. You might want to do that moving forward, because a non-functioning CRM means that our employees can't do work.

Also, we called 24h support -- since the live chat feature isn't available with the free version -- and, three times, we received no help. One time, we made it through to a representative, but he hung up on us. Hopefully this too will be improved.
