Please enter proxy credentials

Please enter proxy credentials

For some reason when I log into the Zoho Assist desktop application I get a message that says "please enter proxy credentials". I have no clue what this means, so I click "cancel".

The program seems to work after that, but I am unable to connect to clients. To fix it, I delete the program completely, go to Zoho.com and download the desktop plugin again. It works for some time and then gives me the proxy message again.

Are there ports or something that I should be opening? Does it matter if I have other programs like Skype or iChat running? Could some other connection be causing this?
