Please Help Change This

When sending mails to anyone, thie name that appears is - amitdubey.nitjsr ( please see attachment)

I want this to be Amit Dubey.

I'm sure somebody has already asked this question in the forums but i'm in a time crunch here. Please help.

PS - this name seems to have derived from the email that was used by my admin to connect me to zoho. In my personal details i have changed amitdubey.nitjsr to Amit Dubey but no changes are reflected when i send a mail.
